Arrival

Your room is usually ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 8 p.m., please call us in advance.

Departure

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Parking spaces

Free parking spaces are available in front of the hotel for the duration of your stay.

​

Dogs

You are welcome to bring your "best friend" with you on vacation. In this case, we charge an extra fee of € 12 per dog and day (without food).

Non-smoking

The entire hotel area - including all rooms - is non-smoking. We ask smokers to please use the balconies or terrace/guest garden.

Cancellation terms

The following cancellation terms apply:

up to 3 months before the agreed arrival day: free cancellation

up to 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the total agreed price charged

up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total agreed price charged

in the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total agreed price charged
