Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, at 1,200 metres above sea level in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park, we – Regina and Patrick Sterz – together with our children Lena and Sebastian, and our dog Milo, run Hotel Bergkristall with passion and dedication.

 

Our Story

Hotel Bergkristall is a true family-run hotel. Together with our dedicated team, we personally take care of every guest because nothing is more important to us than making your valuable holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Our hotel is located in the centre of Mallnitz, one of Europe's most beautiful hiking and mountain sports destinations. Here, you won't find crowded tourist hotspots. Instead, you'll experience peace and tranquillity, genuine hospitality, and the warm, personal atmosphere that only a family-run hotel can offer.
